极度名不副实，令人失望——不推荐。我预订了这家度假村的一日游，原本期待能享受一段轻松愉快的时光，但结果却完全是浪费时间和金钱。娱乐设施严重不足。大部分宣传的活动要么无法进行，要么维护极差根本无法使用。我们到达后几乎无事可做，这完全违背了去度假村的初衷。食物质量也令人大失所望。食物淡而无味，摆盘粗糙，感觉更像是廉价食堂的水平，而不是一家收费高昂的度假村应有的水准。食物的糟糕程度着实让我们震惊。更糟糕的是，工作人员态度冷漠。每次我们询问问题或寻求帮助时，都感觉像是在打扰他们。显然，这里的服务态度和基本的客户服务都一无是处。更令人气愤的是，价格与实际体验完全不符。你支付的是度假村级别的价格，却只能得到劣质的食物、几乎不存在的活动和糟糕的服务。感觉这里更像是为了赚钱，而不是真心想为客人提供良好的体验。总的来说，这个地方华而不实，毫无内涵。如果你想要享受高品质的度假体验，我强烈建议你另寻他处。绝对不值得。

员工态度冷漠。食物质量是我住过的所有孟加拉国度假村中最差的。就连31日晚的套餐午餐选择也少得可怜，完全是浪费钱。我来这里是为了庆祝2024年12月31日，预订房间时就知道他们会安排烟花表演。31日的房费是平时的两倍多，但不知什么原因他们取消了烟花表演。我要求退款，前台的人却对我态度恶劣。现在我只能在预订的房间里写下这篇评论。我为31日多付的钱全都打了水漂。

Entertainment and refreshment items are expensive. Additionally the swimming equipment should be rented as before you were giving this opportunity but not now...

The service does not justify the price. They charge for the jacuzzi and advertise it as a key feature, but it doesn’t work. On top of that, they are unwilling to provide warm water in the swimming pool. Very disappointing experience and a waste of money. The shower drainage is not working, and the room walls are poorly made and not soundproof. We could clearly hear noise from the next room Service team is so far ok, and the location is ok. We are still staying here for another day the feels like waste of time and money

The resort is a big place, well organised, however, I got mosquito in my room and can't have sleep well, so I feel the room serving did not maintain room well. In weekend the place is overcrowded. Food items are many but tastes are average.
