Everything is so good , the room is so good with one of greatest view, the service there was so great and the people were like Yawar bhai and many others taking care of us like a baby and the food was at its peak , don't think I am exaggerating , you should experience this to know what it looks and feels like. Planning to visit atleast once every year .Thank you ITC

We had an amazing stay at Peak n Pines! The location is perfect, right by the river with stunning views, giving the place a warm, cozy, and peaceful vibe. It’s a must-visit spot, especially if you want to experience nature at its best. The hospitality was outstanding. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. Aamir at the restaurant made sure we were well taken care of, even when we arrived late for meals, always with a smile! The food was delicious throughout our stay. A big thanks to Nasir, who went above and beyond from recommending great local spots to offering warm kahwa every time we returned. And a big shoutout to Rais who woke us up early so we wouldn’t miss the unexpected snowfall, truly a magical moment!

From the moment we entered ITC Pine & Peak, we were welcomed with warmth, genuine smiles, and impeccable hospitality. Every single person on the property goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and all our requests were handled seamlessly throughout the stay. The food experience here deserves a special mention. The restaurant is outstanding, and we’ve probably had our best dining experiences ever at a hotel. We also had the chance to try the vegetarian Wazwan, and it was simply unreal—authentic, flavourful, and unforgettable. Truly a 5-star experience for the entire culinary team. The breathtaking views, serene surroundings, and peaceful natural beauty around the property make this place a dream stay in Pahalgam. ITC Pine & Peak is the definition of perfection—highly recommended!

It’s not often that a property achieves perfection; but to do so with the effortless grace and love that the Pine N Peak staff exude, is truly exceptional. I would happily eschew all “tourist attractions “ nearby other than the occasional walk to the market, and of course the alpine treks which are a must, and simply stay on the property and enjoy their hospitality and incredible food. All credit to the owner, Mr Burza and the GM Mr Miya for empowering their staff to work with such a sense of ownership and pride. All I can say is, just come and experience this place, regardless of the season.

This is a beautiful property with gorgeous views. Breakfast and dinner is excellent. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. Yawar gave us personal attention and made dinner reservation at a very special table with beautiful views. Shoaib was very helpful and kind at waiting our table. Will certainty consider it for our next trip.
