Room was very clean and the temperature of the room was perfect. We were in GC in June and the hotel we stayed at the AC made the room feel humid and musty.

Old interior. Bathroom counter falling down. Bathtub rust spots. Needs updating. It was a mid range priced hotel in the area. Hampton was nicer but twice the price. Get what you pay for I guess.

Our door did not properly lock - you could push the door open unless it was deadbolted. There was a pet odor. It seemed loud from outside noise overnight. Because we arrived late evening, we didn’t open the curtain until morning. The reason it was so loud was because the window was WIDE OPEN.

The front desk personnel was very friendly and courteous. Rooms were very clean and nice comfortable beds.

Higher quality than expected for price
Very good price for the quality of the room. Desk clerk was knowledgeable and experienced (often not the case!). He was able to resolve a booking problem in which only one room of the two we had booked online had been changed to a corrected date on a “non-refundable” reservation! Very grateful for that.
