I was visiting in Sokos Hotel Lakeus one night in end of June. Hotel was fully booked because Music Festival Provinssi Rock and check-in took more time than usual but I think they still managed ok. All check-In desk were operating and check-in process itself was efficient. Room was spacious, modern and clean. Everything was in right order. Room had also own sauna which was very nice. Breakfast was ok as well. Not a five star but it included all incredients I prefer. overall impression of the hotel was excellent.

Lakeus was a nice surprise, the best or at least one of the best Sokos hotels I've stayed in. Renewed, modern and clean room with a small certified sauna in room. Bathroom small, but functional. Service throughout the hotel was excellent, very friendly and helpful added with good humor. Loved the localization in a form of several details, mostly in a form of local dialect, the restaurant menu as just one of example of this. Will definitely stay here again
