Extremely unprofessional staff, I have stayed in this hotel two times. The first time was passable, however, the second time our room was unlocked and opened at 11:30 pm at night, they proceeded to tell us that there was a mistake with the booking and they were unaware that this room was occupied. The next morning they told us it was our fault because we had made a mistake with the booking, without even asking for our booking confirmation email, I proceeded to show this and then they answered with another excuse. During check out we expressed our dissatisfaction and asked for a refund, partial refund or compensation for the way the situation had been handled, they offered us CHF 2. This hotel should not be supported

N’ALLEZ JAMAIS DAN S CET ÉTABLISSEMENT! C’est des voleurs et les employés sont irrespectueux au possible avec leur clients. J’ai loué une chambre pour une nuit que j’ai pris à 12h jusqu au lendemain 12h. Un ami est venu me voir dans ma chambre on a discuté un moment puis il est parti. En début de soirée je suis descendu au bar boire un verre et j’ai posé ma clé sur la table. La réceptionniste s’est précipitée sur ma clé et l’a gardée. Je n’avais pas le droit de récupérer mes affaires dans ma chambre ou d’y accéder tant que je ne payais pas 40.- pour avoir accueilli un ami dans ma chambre dans l’après-midi. Elle s’est permise de séquestrer mes affaires sans motif valable et à trouvé un moyen d’empocher plus d’argent. INADMISSIBLE! J’ai presque envie d’aller voir la police pour raquette et séquestre de mes affaires privée. DES VOLEURS!

三人间很小，只有一张床头柜和一个门衣柜。很热，只有一个风扇，遗憾的是无法冷却。早餐很差。每人一个三明治和一个羊角面包。有一天，那些东西也不见了，而服务员也不见了。去隔壁超市买的……只有牛奶和咖啡，没有咸味的早餐，只有几片奶酪。我给三颗星是因为工作人员很友好并且竭尽全力。
