Cute hotel. Soaking tab was wonderful. The room has lots of space even for 2 poppies. Closed to the square, 3min drive.

The room was very clean. Staff was GREAT. The room was very cold and we didn't know how to use the thermostat until we called service for help. We could never get the TV to work correctly. We could,not get all of the channels and the few we were able to get pixleated so much it couldn't be watched. Internet was awful.

Staff charged me for 3 rooms AND charged my friends and I still do not have a credit and it's been almost a month. The management staff there is incompetent. Charged me an extra few hundred dollars because they had to throw out a towel too.

A little bit of a skimmed version of what a standard Tapestry Collection property. Room is okay, double sink and shower is spacious, but the hotel common area and exterior feel like a Best Western.

如果要去葡萄酒产区游玩，这家酒店堪称完美。房间干净又宽敞，床也很舒服。只是游泳池的位置有点奇怪，竟然在停车场中央。
房间很舒适。床对我来说还可以，但对我丈夫来说有点硬。香皂的香味很浓，闻起来有点偏头痛。只有两条小浴巾。我本来应该再要两条，但正准备淋浴时，发现我们每人只有一条。酒店离希尔兹堡市中心不太近，但开车过去也还算近。前台很乐于听取我对香皂香味的意见。
