I liked the large bed, good AC controls, and quiet surroundings. We also liked using the trail into town, that we could walk to from the property. The housekeeper was very nice and gave us more real (not decaf) coffee for our second day. We have one complaint and it is a big one. Our shower dripped continuously after every shower, through the night till the next shower. it was very annoying, to say the least and I know the housekeeper must have noticed this.

Enclosed courtyard
It's nice to be able to step out of your room and take a short walk to the comfortable outdoor hot tub but still be within the confines of the hotel's private space.

There was a light in the room that refused to turn off and kept us up. Apparently, it is a light above the mirrot that is also supposed to be a nightlight, but it shone right in my eyes.
Besides, the bathroom was not clean as I would expect from a $500+ a night hotel room. It is a basic hotel/fancy motel.

Easy location off 101 without needing to drive through downtown. Nice property well maintained. Friendly staff
Tight parking with a daily fee. We got a room with a soaking tub. Tub was great but there are some design compromises that went with that including a comically small shower and less than private toilet

房间很舒适。床对我来说还可以，但对我丈夫来说有点硬。香皂的香味很浓，闻起来有点偏头痛。只有两条小浴巾。我本来应该再要两条，但正准备淋浴时，发现我们每人只有一条。酒店离希尔兹堡市中心不太近，但开车过去也还算近。前台很乐于听取我对香皂香味的意见。
