We spent 3 wonderful nights/days in this beautiful home. Donna is a fabulous host...warm, friendly & knowledgeable of the area...and the breakfasts she provided were outstanding & beautifully presented in the lovely dining room! Coffee/hot tea and scrumptious home-baked goodies were always available for self-serving...especially welcome as a late afternoon tide-me-over til dinner reservations (or late night hungries!) The Victoria Room, the only room on the top floor, was very private and quiet. The expansive windows let in wonderful views and light when you want, & blackout shades do their job well when needed. We slept very well. I am tuned in to cleanliness, and our room, as well as the common areas were immaculate! If you enjoy walking, this location is perfect for enjoying the approx. 1-mile stroll to downtown. It is also a convenient base for visiting other areas of the island. Point of note: removal of outdoor shoes is requested in the entryway; disposable slippers are provided in a basket, if you need/want. If we get back to PEI, The Dawson House is where we'll stay!

Beautiful house full of antiques. Well appointed bedrooms with all the comforts you could want. A very gracious and friendly host. She made us feel so comfortable. Helpful suggestions on where to tour on the island. Breakfasts were amazing - even accommodating special requests for my daughter. Highly recommend.

The b&b is amazing. It’s an upscale B&B in an authentic Victorian house with a great host! The host welcomed us very professionally and gave us excellent restaurants recommendations! She also prepared freshly prepared breakfast , which as a great opportunity to mingle with other visitors.

The check in was quick and thorough, Donna was very down to earth and pleasant . She runs a beautiful Old Victorian house that is so clean and comfortable. It’s extremely welcoming from the first step you take inside the foyer. Breakfast was delicious and the conversation around the table with the other guests and Donna was great! It’s really a small world when you get chatting. We haven’t been BnB guests in the past, but this trip to the east coast has changed our way of thinking.

地理位置优越，靠近镇上许多历史遗迹。
房子很迷人，女主人（唐娜）非常亲切。早餐（自制）也很棒。我们的卧室装饰精美，舒适宜人。花园也很漂亮。从夏洛特敦市中心步行15-20分钟即可到达，这很方便。（唯一的缺点是要爬四层楼梯才能到达我们在三楼的房间。）除此之外，一切都很棒！
我们在道森之家住得很舒服。房东很友好，让我们感觉像在家一样。早餐很美味。全天供应咖啡和蛋糕，真是太好了。房东还给我们推荐了很棒的景点和餐厅。房子非常干净，维护得很好。我强烈推荐您下次来爱德华王子岛时选择这家住宿加早餐酒店。
