Stayed here for one night and have never encountered such an ignorant host in many years of travel. She made it quite clear that her only interest is money up front. Her communication skills are deplorable and she should really give up the ‘hospitality’ industry. The room itself, single attic room, is perfectly adequate if you inhabit the Shire of Hobbiton. I managed to bang my head on the ceiling on numerous occasions. The separate bathroom is even less generous and requires the dexterity of Olga Korbett to navigate the shower within the bath. It is a shame that the actions of this individual soured my experience as Bad Feilnbeck is a lovely town. Just don’t stay at the Bates Morel as Norman’s mother still resides there.
