The house is set in beautiful grounds with views which allowed me to glimpse wandering deer and a range of birds including large egrets. The free roaming chickens at the house were also a delight to see. The room was spacious and comfortable with a cure bathroom and wonderful power shower. It feels unfair to refer to the people who work there as staff as they felt more like family. We were welcomed just like long lost cousins and nothing was too much trouble. Our privacy was respected but whenever we asked a question they were helpful and engaged. I cannot recommend Langrish House enough for a peaceful, relaxing and thoroughly indulgent night away.

December 14th A group of us stayed here 1 year ago & I/we were soooo impressed with absolutely everything that I decided to arrange a gathering of friends for what turned out to be a balmy December afternoon... Canopes & Drinks were served with an understated aplomb by the external caterers ( Alexandra's Food& Flowers)... It has already been decided that we'll return in December 2026, with a number of the attendees planning to stay before then... In a word.. Fab-Ew-Lous 😊😊

Lovely characterful country house set in the beautiful South Downs National Park, but within easy reach of many other places of interest. Car needed to take full advantage of the location. Owners and staff very welcoming and bedroom comfortable (superior double room). Good breakfast served and a choice of pubs for evening meal within easy reach (by car)

Great traditional English B&B in the country close to main infrastructure. Staff are old school polite and friendly. Building has character and works well. If you like the old English. Country feel this is the place for you.

A fabulous house with stunning grounds. Our room (20) had a comfortable amount of space with a lovely view across the valley. The grounds were beautifully kept and had a fabulous collection of ancient trees. The breakfast was superb, a real 10/10. The staff were also 10/10, especially Nigel, Laura and Val. We hope to return.
