The manager was warm and welcoming if we needed anything we had contact details. Windows and wood work could do with cleaning. Overall pleasant stay and would definitely stay again comfy bed clean room.

Room looked clean but had bed bugs fleas and a glass shelf in bathroom was loose and cushions were filthy full of dirt so never even slept in the room went down to complain at 9.15 no body to report issues to so waiting until 2 am went home

Very friendly staff great for being close to everything only complaint no milk to go wirh the tea and coffee provided But all round great place to stay
花洒不能调温，一直卡在38度。每次我需要前台服务的时候，都没人接听。
太吵了，住的两个晚上都被其他房间的人吵醒好几次，这对于出差的人来说可不理想，又不是来喝酒作乐的。
停车对我们来说是个问题，因为我们把车停在了相当远的地方，步行要10分钟。
我们住在19号房间，就在楼顶。房间很不错，所有需要的东西都有——但是地板吱吱作响。如果你身高6英尺（约1.8米），你需要戴一顶防撞帽，因为浴室和房间里有些横梁比较低。
酒店位置极佳，就在正门前，总体来说还不错。
一尘不染；
没有电梯！对于老年人和行动不便的人来说，爬楼梯是个问题。海景双人房16号房的阳台不太大，但景色不错！
马路上的交通噪音24小时不间断。深夜海滨路上的车速很快。！！
无法接受
这是我住过的最差的酒店，清洁度简直令人作呕。客服服务糟糕透顶。天花板都掉下来了，还漏水。
房间和酒店总体来说不太好，干净整洁。熟食早餐令人失望：培根像橡胶一样，鸡蛋没煮熟，西红柿直接从冰箱里拿出来的。
