酒店回复: Thank you for taking to the time to leave feedback about your stay. As a 3 star country manor house hotel with only 21 bedrooms, no 2 bedrooms are the same. We are not able to show all the rooms so have a handful of sample bedroom images available. We have not falsely advertised, which you can see from the majority of very positive comments we receive and the number of returning guests.All our coffee served in cafetieres is cafetiere coffee, should this not be to your liking, please mention this one the day to your server and we can change this to an alternative drink. Instant coffee is available in the bedrooms only.Please when you are staying or dining out and something is not to your satisfaction, mention it at the time. This gives the venue the opportunity to rectify the problem at the time. After the event there is very little we are able to do other than comment.

This is a cute inn with lots of charm. The beds are small and hard and the pillows are also hard. Breakfast has limited options and is just ok.

Stayed here for a nearby wedding. Lovely staff, comfortable room and decent breakfast. Only quibble was that we could hear the water tank above our room which woke us up several times. We mentioned this to the staff at check-out and received candid apologies but something to bear in mind.

Comfortable and reasonably priced
Comfortable and very quiet. Very convenient for Swindon, with a good breakfast. Highly recommended.
