我们入住的是行政超级大床房。房间宽敞舒适，配有沙发、茶/咖啡冲泡设施。独立淋浴/卫生间，配备洗漱用品。我之前没注意到房间里有没有保险箱。工作人员彬彬有礼，乐于助人。早餐很完美，摆盘也很漂亮。我们前一天晚上需要填写早餐单，这很正常，因为这样不会浪费食物。我唯一担心的是他们扣留了50英镑，直到4天才从我的账户中扣除。以我的经验来看，这是我们第一次在抵达时支付押金，即使房费是预付的。
