Scruffy from the outside - car park was filthy with litter - strong smell of **** outside adjoining Toby Carvery - however! Staff friendly, room was clean and comfortable.

For us it was an ideal location on the outskirts of Aberdeen. We caught a bus into the city centre from a bus stop not far away.

Room clean, staff great but WiFi a basic thing nowadays was awful. Breakfast was did jointed some items ran out but took time to replenish. Heating in room not working seems they turn it on from reception but was never fixed. Sort the WiFi sort the breakfast and it would be great

Clean bed an room, provided with everything one needs. No luxury - that's fine. "Does what it says on the tin". Can't fault e.
