Excellent stay, would definately revisit. Staff very friendly and helpful, room delightfully clean and well equipped, with tea, coffee facilities and hair dryer. Shower towels are also provided.

Me and my wife have stayed here on numerous occasions the staff are always welcoming and friendly with a special shout out to Tracy and Janet who go that extra mile which makes your stay more enjoyable

Room not sutable for wheelchair user, booked disadled room got standard, hotel recrption no help WILL NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE, have stayed there before has gone downhill badley, no carpet in reception

I was visiting my best friends over the Christmas holidays and stayed at the premier Middlesbrough central (James Cook Hospital) hotel, My overnight stay was excellent from arrival to leaving. The reception staff were very friendly and approachable My room was spotlessly clean, warm and quiet. A very pleasant experience which I hope to repeat very soon when visiting my best friends again in the New Year.

Down visiting family over weekend and stayed here,been a few times.Parking is easy and free,reception is wellcoming and staff so helpful. Bedrooms nice and large,clean and bed so comfortable. Shower room was spotless,no mould in shower.
