I booked this room last minute as my BF and I were travelling and decided to stay the night in Bicester as it was on our drive route. Great location 5 mins from the town centre Close to Bicester Village shopping outlet Very clean But for us the stay was made by the welcoming and accommodating staff, we couldn’t have felt more looked after. Abed works extremely hard and is the nicest friendliest person. Thank you again Would highly recommend!

Well what can I say... I've been to a hostel in Amsterdam and that was alot nicer than this place. Walked in and the front door wide open, no staff on site. Also a smashed window at the entrance to the hotel. Our keys were just left with a post it note with name & room number on for anyone to see or take the keys. Went to rooms to find none of them are clean, bathrooms had hair in plug holes, also mold & limescale everywhere. The bedding in one room had yellow stains & in one room was ripped. Sticky floors & stained walls. WiFi didn't work. No hairdryer like advertised so had to go buy one from the local supermarket. They advertised on their website 24/7 reception yet there was no one there the whole time we were there. We had a disabled room yet in the bathroom you had to close the blind by hand as no pull cord which was covered in mold. Not very disabled friendly at all. In a bathroom you want your privacy. After what sleep I did get in this place my asthma was very bad so I dread to think what was in the room with us. My partner got bitten alot through the night. I didn't get picture as I just needed to get out of this dive. I wish I had done my research before booking this place. I know I will next time before booking somewhere. I would not recommend staying here I have seen cleaner abandoned buildings... They should be paying you to stay there.

Arrived Friday for a 2 night stay. The room was boiling as the window hadn't been opened during the heatwave but I overlooked this as I was just using it as a place to sleep. I opened the window and left. Came back around 11pm got into bed and then noticed insects everywhere. On closer inspection these were bed bugs. Went to reception to report this and no one was there. I phoned the numbers provided and no answer. I just had to pack up and leave. I reported this to *********** on Sat morn but didn't have time to call back into the hotel as I had preplanned activities. I called back into the 'hotel' on Sunday before leaving and the desk was manned by a teenager. He phoned someone who said they couldn't action the refund cos they are not the manager and to leave my details. I still havn't been contacted and *********** said they have been unresponsive. AVOID!

Well when we turned up it looked like the photos, front door glass smashed, walked into reception room keys left on the desk with post it notes saying what rooms your in, we had a number of rooms booked and wow not one was acceptable for £6 per night let along what they charge If you have seen the TV show of Fawlty Towers this place just need mellow there but I think he would walk out Bad points: Yellow bedsheets Smashed window No radio like advanced No phone like advanced No pull cord on the blind in a disabled room Wifi didnt work Hair in shower Mold on blinds Paint falling off the ceiling in bathroom Half the lights in the room didn't work NO STAFF ONSITE FOR PAYMENT (but they email you two days later threaten to take action because you having paid thats why you pick pay at hotel) Room floor was sticky Used mattress dumped in the car park Brick wall falling / fallen down where cars park Room keys left out with post it notes and your name Front door left open 24hrs (door lock taped up) Cups in room well seen cleaner in an abandoned building All staff areas left wide open with cleaning product in including staff office behind main reception Shower head was full of limescale and black mold Good points: Shower was powerfully Tv No photos taken by myself as just wanted to get out in the morning

Can't trust the overall review score!
I booked the hotel for a work trip so budget was in mind. Having seen that the hotel had an overall rating of 7 and GOOD I thought it would be ok, but nothing swanky.
On arrival I was disappointed, yes I knew it was on an estate but it is rough. Broken wall on entry and an old mattress by the bins in the carpark. I did get an upgrade to my room which was nice ..... The place looks tired, my room basic and uninspiring, the windows did not shut/seal properly and my shower cold and bathroom small and narrow.I asked that the shower be looked at, the guy said it had been and I had a barely luke warm shower then next morning.
When I re-examined the reviews on this site the scores were either 2's or 4's and 10's!! I'm sorry but there is no way this hotel is ever a 10. There are no scores around 7 which is obviously the average. These random scores of 10 are inflating the overall results, I would never stay here again.

Clean tidy hotel beautifully clean basic rooms nothing fancy. Bed needed renewing spring had gone. Great for quick for over nite stay very central No meals supplied Tv and tea making facilities supplied very central to Bicester town centre and Bicester village

我在银石赛道 F1 比赛开始前 11 个月预订了 4 间客房，可供 6 人入住。酒店在比赛前 4 周取消了所有客房，没有任何解释。我打电话给酒店，遇到一个不愿意提供帮助的家伙，他说他会和合作伙伴谈谈，然后再打回来，但没有收到回电。幸运的是，我设法在爱彼迎上重新预订了一间服务式公寓。
酒店真的帮助了我并且非常满足我的要求。所以要感谢管理层。还会再来参观的。位置很好——位于该国的中心，靠近商店，所以有很多活动
