A horrible experience. Do not go to this hotel. This beyond-rich international company do not pay for even one member of staff to be there after 4pm, as a security/support person for the guests. They keypad you have to use has most of the numbers worn away, there is no light above to help either. I was stuck out on this back street, no lighting, trying again and again with the code I was assured would work. I rang the help number and was given another code, which didn't work. After 3 or 4 codes being sent and not working I demanded that someone be sent to my aid. I was told ok, but then much later, no, they didn't have anyone. Finally, I was let into the hotel remotely, by the person on the phone, but I did not dare leave the building again, so my whole evening plan was ruined. Disgusting. I wish a complete refund for my one night stay.

第一次入住Sonder酒店。花园房。入口门系统非常不稳定——试了好几次才打开。电梯非常老旧——如果楼上有人没关好,电梯就无法运行。房间冰箱从来没用过(至少另外两个房间也一样)。电视频道非常有限。露台家具非常破旧。位置尚可,但总体来说“中档”。最多只能算是一家两星级酒店。
