When you walk up the dingy, dark hallways, there's an odor that should have warned us what was to come. The bedrooms had a matching smell and feel. Everything felt dusty and grimy. We got back late and immediately crashed out. When I woke up and was putting on my shoes, I saw a couple of these bugs crawling around the bed. I looked it up, and they matched stage 1 bed bugs. I told the staff and emailed the video and photos like they said, but never heard a word back from the hotel, so I'm leaving this review so people know.

Run away as fast as you can.
This was the absolute worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. With a Holiday Inn, you expect a certain level of service and cleanliness. We did not feel safe parking our car in the parking lot. The entire 4th floor where we were housed had the strongest damp mold smell and the hallways were very dirty. The only place I have experienced a similiar smell was in a hut in the middle of the Belizian rain forest. The room was not much better. It also smelled of mold with visible mold on the ceiling of not just the bathroom, but also the bedroom. It's almost like they had some major flooding and never took the proper measures to mitigate the mold. The shower never got hot. The sheets were stained. We slept with our clothes on due to fear of bedbugs or scabies. Free breakfast was supposed to be included, but instead we were given a menu to order off of and pay for individually unless we had breakfast vouchers- which we were never given. With all the issues, at this hotel, we decided it wasn't worth the effort to see about getting breakfast onsite and ran as fast as we could out of there. Holiday Inn should take a look at this property and take their name off of it!
