We enjoyed our stay at Bancroft- very comfortable bedroom. Location perfect for our needs. Tina was very welcoming and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast cooked by Mandisa.

Amazing B&B, quiet, ironed linen, hot showers or baths, stately house, off street parking, great farmstyle breakfasts, perfect high speed inter net....all you need, well done Tina! Best accomodation in KZN, also well positioned to reach good restaurants nearby

I was sadden you weren't happy about the queen size bed, as I upgraded you for free to a much nicer suite with better facilities and more space. If you had mentioned you would have preferred the kingsize bed in the smaller suite at the time, I would have gladly let you have it. I had no idea you would have preferred it. It was a pleasure to be your host and you were gracious guests. Thank you for your support.

Perfect Gem in PMB
Stayed for a night with my girlfriend on the way back from the midlands.
The owner Tina was an incredibly sweet and kind lady.
With the property being nestled on its own serene little plot of land, I'd highly recommend it to any couple looking to unplug from the world for a little bit.

What a fantastic, popular & busy B&B. We were going to a friend's wedding nearby and stayed here for 7 nights. Bancroft B&B is a stunning Georgian style building set in a beautiful garden with a pool. Tina (host) and her staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The room was excellent with a very comfortable bed, bath, shower, sofa, tea/coffee making facilities and a lovely view. Delicious cooked breakfasts (I recommend the omelette). We would definitely stay here again. Tina is very friendly, interesting and went out of her way to make our stay in South Africa an enjoyable and unforgettable one. We hope to stay here again in August.

Lovely Host, thank you Tina for looking after me. House and garden are beautiful and homely. If I am in Hilton again i would definitely be back and as a visitor from UK this is exceptional value. Property felt secure. Appreciate having dogs isn't everyone's cup of tea BUT this seems to be the norm in SA and it means it is a dog friendly property as well (Personally a house dog is a bonus for me). Thank you again

It was my “pause and reset button” type of place and I was not disturbed. The owner was friendly and her staff members made sure they catered for my Grandfather with so much love and respect. The breakfast was always delicious!
