It is a lovely hotel but note there is no elevator to the second floor. Be sure to ask for the ground floor if you or someone you are traveling with cannot do stairs

The hotel is very clean and the staff were friendly. Nice amenities for a small town hotel. Very pet friendly. The room was slightly musty, but would stay here again.

BS fee
When we checked in the attendant was rude. We arrived at 1:30PM and was told the room was ready. However, we could not check in until 2:00 PM. If we checked in at 1:30 we had to pay $25. We did but couldn't figure why we had to pay the fee. The attendant just said that's the rule.
