The ac didn’t work, the sink was stopped up, ran into a problem with booking and management solution was for me to leave take my money and not help me. This is my worst stay ever

During my stay the small stuff isnwhat stuck out first. For example, the guide with restaraunts was ripped and you couldnt even read it. Next wad my door. The security laTch was BROKEN. When spealing to the front desk about it, whenever someone was there, I was told maintenance would address it. After 5 days, it never got touched. The staff, was hardly at the desk and we had breakfast the first day and not again. How is breakfast in a warmer cold? We didnt use the gym but everytime we walked by the light was out so I am assuming thay small room wasnt used that often. We will ever stay here again. La Quinta here we come!

The rooms are good for the price, but the staff is usually not at the front desk and there are usually a gang of men sitting at the rear entrance and it’s not the best scene.

房间非常干净漂亮,好得超出我的预期,而且价格还很实惠。前台的姑娘们都非常友好,唯一让我有点抱怨的是,她们几乎从不在前台。每次我都要等30分钟才有人过来帮我。
我住过的最差的酒店,浴室异味难闻,房间不干净,最糟糕的是床单很痒,差点睡不着
