Overall hotel was clean and friendly but the air conditioning unit was noisy and kept us up all night. Maintenance was unable to take care of it.

I always stay here when visiting my mom in Schenectady and the front desk is always so helpful, patient and kind. Huge thanks to Colin for his warm reception. Manager covering during check out could use some of the hospitality training from the other staff. The room was clean but toiletries need to be freshened up as most are out but i bring my own so had it wasnt a dire need. Rooms are clean, bed pillows should be changed, pretty small and flat for a king size bed. Overall a good stay.

Nice Place in Schdy!
Stayed here for a weekend trip. All rooms are suites with a kitchen. Very modern and clean (which i need). We did however get a room that smelled SO BAD of bad food (maybe from a previous tenant) it was horrid, they tried to clean and it made the smell worse. They did in fact let us move rooms the next day and IT WAS PERFECT. Clean and no smells. Excellent. I know people stay here for some time due to them being like small apartments so likely why the smell but room 217 smelled like rotten chicken! Room 208 is exceptionally clean.
