Nice room, but no microwave and ac was too hot or too cold constantly! Everything very expensive! Gilleys closed two nights we were there!

We had to call the staff before our stay multiple times and every person we talked to was polite, genuine and very helpful.

Water never got above warm. Walla and floor of the hotel are super dizzy.Other than that it was great.

The room was a bit dirty. Leftover food from previous guests still in the refrigerator. Bad lighting. Room temperature difficult to regulate, room damp.

Hotel was very nice, clean. We reserved and paid for a Spa Tower room, but were put in a Sky Tower room. We were told that it was an “*******” problem.

The room was spotless and comfortable. Everyone I came in contact with was so nice and very helpful. Loved our time there.

Excellent stay! Hospitable staff, comfortable room, excellent dining options and outstanding entertainment!
