The room was very dated and very dirty. Urine all over the toilet and floor. Toothpaste on the sink, marks all around the bathroom area. An old t-shirt was found in my bed. Made me feel sick. I had booked to stay for four nights but left in the morning. No body around to ask for a refund. I didn’t return. Awful experience. Would not recommend.

the ice machine did not work .the pool was closed. the breakfast was very minimal in items. the towels in our room were very small and statned. the rooms were very clean.

Starting the refrigerator was a hassle, just like getting into our room—the basics aren’t easy here. Regular towels weren’t even available. The toilet leaked and was so noisy it kept us up all night. We asked twice for our room to be cleaned, and it never happened. If this place wants to survive, the staff need to actually listen to their customers

Very friendly and accommodating staff. All exterior doors are locked between 11 pm and 6 am. We are night owls but had no problems with staff letting us in during early morning hours.

Bad experience
The owner or manager was rude and needs a lesson on how to yreat customers. He has bad customer service skills, not sure if that is how they treat each other in India but he was not polite.
