The owner or manager was rude and needs a lesson on how to yreat customers. He has bad customer service skills, not sure if that is how they treat each other in India but he was not polite.

only thing nice was the staff and the breakfast. Room smelt liked someone was recently smoked in the room. with an ashtray in the room and the screen pushed out.

Never cleans
Shower had a pile of hair in it at check in. Bathroom sink and mirror not clean. For a room that was for 4 people had two bath towels and one coffee cup. Air conditioner has two sitting freezing or so hot you couldn't be in the room. Frig made a loud noise and it wasn't clean at all. Went to take a shower and had no hot water. Guy at desk was rude to my daughter.
