The room was decently clean and well equipped. Very close to John Hopkins hospital. The air conditioner didn't work in our room. I called the front desk and they said they would have someone look at it. Nobody showed up, and I barely slept because it was so hot in our room. I called again the next day, and the front desk said "We are moving your room, you need to pack up your things and bring them down to the front desk". Nobody helped us move all our bags and coolers. The new room had air conditioning, but the inconvenience and apathy was ridiculous. I emailed customer service, but all they said was my next stay with them would be better. There won't be any stays at Marriott hotels from us.

没想到这是目前为止在巴尔的摩住了5.6家酒店里硬件设施最好的了,在JHU医学院旁边很安静,车不用停酒店里旁边就有公共停车场15刀一天,马路旁边晚上也可以随便停我停了一晚上也没事哈哈。
酒店距离约翰霍普金斯医院一条街,房间很大,配4份早餐。很干净。
酒店位置极佳,就在约翰霍普金斯医院对面,非常适合去医院或医学院的人。酒店干净整洁,服务也很周到,我很满意。
酒店很好,很干净,很安静,房间也大,还有自己可以烧菜的厨房间,唯一不足的就是毛巾等洗漱用品,垃圾等都是要自己放房门口,清洁员不进门打扫的,换毛巾要与总台说才来换。早餐也不错
