Everything was what I expected room was clean and the bed was comfortable I enjoyed my stay will return.

This was the filthiest nastiest most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Don't believe me, pull back the sheet and look at the bed ...you'll vomit. We checked in looked at the room looked at the bed looked at the shower (which is something I don't even want to get into how filthy that was) and then we turned around and checked out 10 minutes later. Not to mention they tried to charge us the same price as a hotel down the road that was actually clean and had a clean bed and clean sheets and a hot breakfast! This place is just filthy, don't even stay there keep driving

“Deeply Disappointing Stay During a Difficult Time
My family and I traveled to Cuthbert, GA for our aunt’s funeral and reserved 7 rooms (double occupancy, 1 night each).
At first, things seemed fine. The building, though dated, appeared generally well-kept. The lobby was clean, pleasantly scented, and had a quaint feel. The desk clerk was professional and courteous.
Unfortunately, the rooms told a very different story. My sister and I were first assigned to Room 116 (backside, ground floor). The moment we opened the door, we were hit with the overwhelming stench of stale cigarettes, mildew, and what smelled like a dead animal. Since we knew smoking rooms were available in the hotel, I called the desk to ask if we had been given one by mistake. To the clerk’s credit, he was kind and promptly reassigned us to another room.
Room 207 (second floor, front side) was no better. In fact, it was worse. The bathroom had not been cleaned—remnants were still in the toilet, and strands of wet hair clung to the shower walls. Only two towels were provided, with no hand towels or washcloths. The beds, while made, had not been changed after the last guests; the sheets were full of hair and skin flakes. The comforter was dirty, the blankets reeked of mildew, and some even had cigarette burns. The carpet was sticky underfoot, and the room smelled strongly of mold.
Sadly, our experience was not unique. Out of the 7 rooms we booked, every single one had similar issues.
This was an incredibly disappointing and unpleasant stay for our entire family

I will never stay here again
I was attacked by bed bugs during my stay. On the first night i noticed one bite, I dismissed it as a mosquito bite. After the second night I woke up with my body covered. When I went to the front desk to report it, no one was there. I've contacted Choice Hotels and they have done nothing.

Everything was good. the problem was harder signing up than anything. My valuable information was unprotected too long, my only problem thanks

credit card charged twice for different amounts. I am still due $29 . I have sent 4 requests for a refund. All I have received is they are working on it. I will not stay in Econo Lodge due to their unability to advise why they charge the additional $117 and when it was discovered only $89 was refunded.

The owners of this hotel should be ashamed of themselves for the lack of cleanliness. The floor was filthy and had not been vacuumed or swept. There was food on the floor and what looked to be dried vomit on the carpet. The furniture had not been cleaned or dusted in a very long time. There was something splattered all over the TV screen, phone, lamp shade and walls. There was extreme mold on the bathroom ceiling and the entire bathroom had not been cleaned as there was hair everywhere and soap wrappers left from a previous tennant. The room was musty and there were cigarette burn holes in the comforter and blankets. We could not run away fast enough. If you are in that part of the country, keep driving and save yourself the nightmare of sleeping in a dirty dump.

The check in was great and the front desk clerk was sweet. However, it's 1a.m. and we left the hotel. My family and I kept noticing small bugs on the bed, after we layed down. I thought they were small roaches, not waterbugs. When I pinched the bug, blood was on the tissue! At that point I took my flashlight and was freaking out!!! Went downstairs to get another room and explained what was going on. The gentlemen told me he only had one room, which was not a problem. When i went to check the room before taking my family, it only had one bed and smelled horrible! When i asked for another room, was told none was available. I told him fine, then i needed my money refunded. He said he needed to check the room first. Told him fine let's go check it! He then said, "I have to call the pest control and see if it is bed bugs. Then I'll put money back on card. I'll call you".
My issue is that it's 1 a.m. in the morning and your customers are having issues. The gentlemen said himself he needed to check the room first. That changed when i said OK, let's go! You couldn't accommodate me or my family but we couldn't get our money back to even get another room! I am tired of managers/owners not doing right by their customers! We paid and the company gets to keep our money for issues that have nothing to do with the customers! This is unacceptable and I am very disappointed at how this was handled!

The checkin gentleman was very nice, pleasant and professional. He had good customer service during check in and check out
However, the room had an odor- towels were dirty had not been change just flipped over to opposite side- top bedding was dirty and smell look like someone had recently been in/staying in room before I checked in- a roach was crawling on top of refrigerator and all amenities- tv clock phone were unplugged—

The pool wasn’t clean so I couldn’t relax there and the bathroom in my room wasn’t clean I went and bought supplies and cleaned it myself
