Room hadn't been cleaned well (dust bunnies everywhere) and the shower drained so slowly that by the time I was finished with the shower my feet were completely submerged in water. Continental breakfast was also not provided the entire time I was there.

Omg!!! Horrible! Where do i start. Problems with their credit card machine. We were charged twice. No ice machine. Dirty room. The floor was completely sticky. Slippers kept sticking. No clock. Towels were awful. One of the towels looked used. The bed was okay. It was clean. No blanket. Remote didnt work. Stayed there for a funeral, it didnt make me feel any better.

This is a situation of, “you get what you pay for.” Affordable and convenient for why we were in the area. The rooms were decent, simple, and clean. The hotel was located in a pretty “ghetto” part of town but had lots of food and shopping options. Breakfast was included but you would honestly never know it was an option because the food was almost non existent. No one was waiting at the front desk, ever unless you rang for them. Like I said, it’s a place to lay your head for the night but nothing special.

The hotel should NOT be listed as a red lion. ******* needs to remove them from there site.
There was someone pooping outside our window. The room had garbage on the floor. The drain atopped was just sitting in the sink. There was NO microwave. The breakfast room consisted of ONLY fruit loops and milk. @ 8am
Plus we were woke up at 330a by someone trying to get in ALL the rooms, which they succeeded in my daughters room.

Room was not clean bathroom floor has brown sneer on floor that I had to clean up.
I am waiting to speak to the manager who I call everyday to see what can be compensated. He is not calling me back.
Not a good experience. Do not stay here.

The hotel is unfinished or under construction. There are NO ICE MACHINES or vending machines. The check in staff was great we chhecked in at about 8:30pm but, I went back because only one of our keys worked and there was no one present at the desk. I used the call button and waited about 10 min. I did this 2 more times seeing as we did not have the correct towels despite getting a hot tub room. I even called the hotel that night to no avail. It's an ok hotel on the WSU Everett and Everett CC campus. The Breakfast was pretty weak but it may have been the same employee.

The staff allowed me to check in early which was very lovely of them. The room was okay, but obviously spot cleaned. The door did not open properly and I’m still waiting for my $100 USA refund. If I have not received it by Oct 24 (5 business days) I will have to call them to request the refund which is always an inconvenience since I was assured it would be automatically refunded on the credit card I used.
