别相信戈德纳·赫希酒店的排名。我和妻子一家四口（3个大人，1个青少年）入住了一间公寓和一间单间套房，这家酒店是我在阅读《康奈尔旅行者》读者之选奖项时看到它排名第二后预订的。之前我住过蒙太奇和瑞吉酒店，所以对这家酒店抱有很高的期望。然而，健身和水疗设施充其量只能说是差强人意，远低于同级别酒店的标准，更无法与蒙太奇、瑞吉、我住过的其他奥伯格度假酒店，以及无数其他同级别酒店相提并论。健身中心不过是一个很小的房间，里面只有两辆自行车、两台跑步机、一台划船机、一台拉力器和一些哑铃。没有单独的拉伸或瑜伽区，也没有提供任何课程（瑜伽或其他）。至于水疗中心，也只有两间理疗室，没有任何更衣室/储物柜、预约前的更衣室、蒸汽房、热水浴缸或理疗后淋浴设施。房间也略显逊色。我们入住的其中一间（单间套房）没有窗外景色（窗户后面是一堵水泥墙），而且浴室里的淋浴间也太小。客房服务人员没有及时补充房间用品，导致我们不得不多次打电话索要毛巾和纸巾等基本用品。酒店标榜的“贴心服务”几乎没有体现，根本无法提升入住体验。餐饮选择也比较有限。Kitz咖啡厅的早餐种类“还算可以”，而Antler Lounge人手不足，导致点餐和饮料都要等很久。Goldner Hirsch餐厅环境优美，但非酒店住客经常光顾，导致酒店客人很难订到位置。如果您只想滑雪，Goldner Hirsch或许适合您。但如果您同行的人中有人不滑雪或不喜欢冬季运动，而是想在真正的健身中心锻炼身体，享受水疗服务，那么我并不推荐这家酒店。我们之前在鹿谷的其他酒店有过很棒的体验，但戈尔德纳酒店根本无法与之媲美。离开时，我妻子说“我以后再也不会来这里了”，她指的是戈尔德纳·赫希酒店以及去鹿谷的滑雪之旅。

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special and not just like another guest. The staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. They were knowledgeable about the slopes of Deer Valley and made for a great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Goldener Hirsch. From the time I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. Sharief was especially helpful and made our experience smooth and comfortable. The cafe staff were very nice, as well, always greeting me with a smile and provided excellent service. In fact, all the staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The atmosphere, service and overall hospitality made it truly an enjoyable visit. I would happily stay here again.

The Goldener Hirsch is an homage to a Swiss Chalet in the Alps. Offering beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms with a high level of service in every area. I loved my stay mid-mountain with views of the mountains and lighted trees around Deer Valley. Every detail is perfectly attended to.
