曼谷的瑞吉真没得说,早餐很给力。房间门口门口很贴心的放着雨伞,细节高级感拉满满,前台小姐姐服务质量棒棒滴,改变了我对以前住过的瑞吉这个品牌服务傲慢的看法。
其他都挺好 服务也没得说 圣诞布置挺漂亮的 就是酒店的早餐总感觉差点意思 总觉得品类不够多味道也一般……
在泰国瑞吉的入住体验令人惊喜。管家服务随叫随到,第一天刚到酒店时发现空调不制冷,告知管家后立刻就有人上门解决,效率极高,还贴心送上小甜点和手写卡片致歉,完全没有影响心情,反而感到温暖。后来闲聊时随口提到要去看演唱会,没想到演出结束回到酒店时,竟收到一张特别可爱的手绘贺卡,细节满满、用心十足,真的令人难忘。房间没有评论区说的那么旧。应该是说设计的年代感比较老,设施都很好。
酒店位于Ratchadamri路边,地理位置优越。
视野很好,因为对面就是皇家曼谷体育俱乐部,没有其他高楼遮挡视线。
早餐美味,但种类不多。
服务还不错。
房间尚可。
非常棒的入住体验。所有员工都非常友好和热情。他们看到我们行李很多,主动提供了帮助。酒店离BTS站很近,出行非常方便,即使下雨,我们也很少被淋湿。
酒店的酒吧也很温馨舒适,非常适合小酌聊天。
转角的房间,很大。
比想象好很多。

这是我第三次入住曼谷瑞吉酒店,这次我感觉服务有了显著提升,办理入住时,尤其是在地震发生后,服务人员表现得更加细致和热情。之前几次入住时,我并没有感觉到团队有那么周到或关心。所以之前我觉得瑰丽酒店更好。但这次我完全改变了看法,我还会再选择入住瑞吉。无论如何,我要感谢团队在地震后为所有住客所做的一切安排。我们都感到非常温暖和舒适。特别是一位我认为是西方人的餐饮总监,他为我们准备了一些食物。当时我们大多数人还没来得及吃午饭,他处理得非常专业。还有一位在厨房工作的女孩,她把她的围裙拿来给我盖腿,非常感谢她的关心。我非常感谢瑞吉团队,他们做得非常出色和专业。再次感谢。

房间中规中矩,设施有点老旧,管家服务没体验到,房间饮用水无限供应,去闹市区需要走10分钟,打车不贵,市中心太堵!
这家酒店很棒,有奢华感。房间干净舒适,早餐美味,服务也非常好。强烈推荐!
