酒店地理位置优越，服务周到，景色宜人，非常适合放松身心。
环境， 卫生， 服务都可以。11楼有BAR。晚上有live. 气氛和风景很好。
住瑞士酒店，你基本知道能得到什么。房间很大，所需设施也一应俱全。然而，瑞士酒店，包括这一家，都达不到四星级标准。我真不明白为什么直到现在房间里还坚持铺地毯，这既不卫生又显得有些脏旧。所有家具都有些年头了，看起来也确实如此。磨损、掉漆，显而易见。浴室瓷砖缝和洗手池里的霉菌也着实不应该出现。作为过路酒店，它或许还不错，但如果想长住，我不会推荐。
被不知道身份的人闯进来房间，超级危险，一点不保护客人隐私
我们第二次住这家酒店了。酒店有点旧了，至少需要翻新一下。但总的来说还不错。房间非常宽敞。
缺点是，床单似乎没有完全烘干，所以有点异味。不过不是很严重。总体来说睡得还挺舒服的。
早餐是自助餐，种类非常丰富。现场支付的话，每人99,000（印尼盾）。
酒店还提供免费的行李寄存服务，我们在去班达内拉岛的时候就把一部分行李寄存在这里了。
食物很好吃，去哪都方便。
房间干净整洁，食物很美味，我喜欢Skybar的景色和现场音乐，员工也非常友好乐于助人。
酒店很干净整洁。空调太冷了，而且不能调节。
早餐很棒。
酒吧的食物不太行。
服务还不错。
房间也还可以。
几乎每次过来都预订这家酒店，团队和个人都满意，性价比很高，位置优越，酒店的设施能满足旅游和商务客人的需求
