Please note that twin beds are only on request and cannot be confirmed as it depends on availaiblity upon arrival. We always take care of accommodating our guests according to their requests but unfortunately all requests cannot be satisfied. The Hotel must have confirmed they had taken note of your request but not that it was guaranteed as we never guarantee it.Regarding the sofabed in your Suite and the sheets, I sincerely apologize. Our team took action as soon as they were informed. Our Housekepiing Manager took the necessary measures to avoid any such incident again.Regarding the temperature in your Suite and the hot water, our Maintenance Team was informed each time you informed the Front Desk Team. The Front Desk Team is not responsible for fixing the issues. I am very sorry our Maintenance Team was not able to fix the issues you encountered. Room temperature can be adjusted from the Maintenance Office. Technicians do not necessarily need to come to the Suite to fix the issue. Please note however that our Reception Team is always able to offer you to change rooms in case technical issues cannot be solved. Please trust that any suggestions or opinions related to our service or facilities are highly taken into consideration.
