Had a most amazing overnight stay at this lovely hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer but we were on our way back through the tunnel the night day. Absolutely everything was perfect from the moment we got there until we left. The lovely young man who looked after us was a credit to the hotel, we met his mum the next morning who was also lovely. Our room was gorgeous and had everything we needed from toiletries, bathrobe, slippers, kettle, coffee machine, biscuits, sweets, chocolates and two waters and a small bottle of wine all complimentary in the fridge. We were treated to a glass of fizz and mezze’s on arrival which went down very well after a long journey. We could pick what time we wanted breakfast and it was HUGE and delicious. There was also a bottle of champagne in a fridge cabinet with glasses you could buy if you were celebrating. It is easy to find and there is free parking in the quiet street. We were given a map and shown where all the sights were. The centre was only a 5 minute walk. Tournai and this hotel are really worth a visit. We will be back, thank you.

Perfect from start to finish: easy parking right by the door in a safe neighbourhood; warm welcome; stylish, comfortable room (Hypnos), generously kitted out; delightful welcome package of Greek mezze and champagne; superb breakfast spread (including freshly cooked eggs) brought to the room. And Tournai is a delightful historic town, worth the 15 min walk to the Grand Place. Ideal overnight stop en route from the Channel ports

Amazing/ such attention to detail and the design features incredible ! We arrived off Chunnel- reached Tournai about noon- great communication from hosts- Giorgio greeted us on point and what a great welcome- lovely mézze and a glass of fizz- hospitality at its best! We were already super happy with room and this area of Tournai so pretty. - but also easy walk to main square. We travel a lot and this really was a delightful stay. Would definitely recommend highly!
