According to the official report provided by the shuttle company, the shuttle was present at the airport on the date in question and stopped at Terminal 1 at the scheduled time, where passengers were successfully picked up. Based on this information, it appears that the shuttle was operating as planned and that the issue was related to the pick-up point.That said, we regret that the situation caused you inconvenience and that you felt unsupported. 预定接送,需要用电脑浏览器打开,我手机打开网页,几次都有问题。
门口免费停车,免费提供早餐,非常适合出差使用,抵达酒店时已近傍晚,前台区域光线柔和,装修简约大气,没有过度繁琐的装饰,却透着低调的质感。两名工作人员同时在岗,无需长时间排队,核对信息、办理手续的过程仅用了3分钟,效率极高。办理入住时,工作人员主动询问是否需要寄存行李,还贴心告知了酒店早餐时间、电梯位置及周边游玩攻略,语气温和亲切,没有公式化的敷衍,细节处尽显周到。
值得一提的是,致电前台都能快速响应,解决问题及时高效,全程不耽误办公进度,服务态度始终如一。
这个酒店号称是机场酒店,其实离机场还有十几公里。转机的话住一下,性价比还是挺高的。房间很小,城里住一晚2000多人民币的房间也很小,所以说还不错。马德里的云很美,酒店楼下小花园里的橄榄树也很美。图一二三都是在酒店楼下拍的,主要是一路都是阴雨连绵,马德里的蓝天白云让人印象深刻。
房间整体干净整洁,设施较新,隔音效果良好、床品舒适。前台及员工服务态度普遍友好,能主动协助解决旅客问题。早餐种类中规中矩,整体中等偏上。
千万不要定这家酒店,酒店距离机场8、9分钟的车程,不好意思只能打车或者预定班车服务,其实住阿托查车站坐203公交30分钟也直达机场了。可是我们选择了这家**的酒店,预定的12欧接机服务,晚上9点那边没有等到车(根本没有酒店的车停过),联系酒店没有回应只有联系携程,西班牙人**到了极点坚决不承认。并且也不退车费,幸亏携程客服的帮助,当晚打到了车算是行程的完美句号。
酒店很方便,停车也很方便。周围环境很好,还碰到来游学的小伙伴们。酒店里面电梯还挺有特色的。整体来说很推荐住在这里。在酒店玩也行,出去周边也行。超级赞。
酒店位置离机场很近,所以您需要坐巴士才能到达市中心。
酒店离机场打车大概20分钟,酒店就有餐厅,旁边也有餐厅,吃饭很方便,酒店设施很新,空间也还可以,该有的都有,酒店玻璃隔音效果很好,睡觉很安静,好评
酒店班车的指引不太清楚。
有一个小泳池,夏天用很不错。酒店位置靠近大型购物中心 Plenilunio,打 Uber 大约10分钟就到。
我预订的房间含早餐。早餐食物不错,有面包、鸡蛋、牛奶麦片、咖啡、一些水果、火腿和奶酪等。
马桶太高了,如果腿不够长的话坐着会有点困难。
不提供拖鞋和牙刷。有烧水壶可以烧水。
