The room was nice and clean, and it came equipped with a fridge, microwave, and kettle, which was perfect for picking up food from the supermarket located in the same building. The beach is just across the road (about a 3-minute walk), though there was quite a bit of driftweed during our stay in November (possibly seasonal).
We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounging area, where we spent couple of hours almost every day. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, the property felt safe with regular security patrols, and the host was very kind and helpful.

Great property, odd check-in policies
Checking in late can be a real hassle, because the owner requires payment upon arrival but may not be there to receive it herself. We had to make a deposit to her account at a convenience store prior to arrival. At least the owner is very communicative. The concierge's mandatory bracelet policy is also weird. No complaints regarding the property itself, which was very comfortable.
