The breakfast was really Lovley and the staff were so helpful and attentive, really good service and so friendly.
We had a Georgian suite room no. 23 and the room itself was lovley but however the smell of the drains from the bathroom was quite overwhelming and off putting. I realise it’s a very old building and didn’t complain as I hate doing that but however for a £200 room this should be carefully considered. Overall our stay was a little bit dampened by this and realise now that I should have mentioned the smell for the next guest to not have the same experience. Staff however are amazing xx

Lovely staff. Amazing breakfast-one of the best I’ve had plus the choice was next level. Bar prices weren’t bad at all and great choice. Definitely will stay again
房间很漂亮也很干净，但服务让人失望。办理入住等了15分钟，到了才发现酒店停车要收费。早餐上菜很慢，还得叫服务员过来续咖啡。不过，酒店大楼和房间本身还是很棒的。
酒店真棒。有点吵，不过那是因为是老建筑。酒店干净，早餐也不错。就在市中心。工作人员都很友好。
不干净
我预订的是套房，但当我走进浴室时，发现它根本没打扫，肥皂还留在皂盒里，垃圾桶也溢满了。我当时要出门，时间很紧，就向经理投诉了。经理很快提出提供免费早餐和免费停车。我问他们是否可以帮我把行李搬到新的房间，因为我时间很紧。当我回来时，房间很普通（便宜得多），但令我失望的是，浴室非常脏，地板令人作呕，淋浴间里有头发，毛巾架也生锈了。地毯上有污渍，幸好床是干净的。第二天早上我投诉了，他们只是说“他们很抱歉！”。我指出这是我多年来住过的最差的酒店，而且因为房间降级，我的早餐和停车费根本没用……他们还是说“他们很抱歉！”。这完全不能接受，我会继续追究此事！
房间还不错，但是地毯和椅子上有污渍，不太舒服。浴室的浴帘也很脏。考虑到价格，这些缺点绝对不应该存在。
员工服务一流。
找接待员花了好一会儿，差不多10分钟。最终找到了一具尸体，接待员也来了。入住手续办理和之后的服务都非常高效。浴室很简陋。早餐不太好。感觉经理很用心，但有些员工可能需要更多培训。
糟糕透了！
我们在豪华套房住了一晚。
一进套房，就闻到一股下水道的臭味。其中一间浴室锁着，我们没拿到钥匙。淋浴间的水槽堵了，马桶座圈是劣质塑料的，使用时必须用手扶着。客厅的软垫污渍严重，而且破损严重。家具质量很差。好几个地方都潮湿。床上用品很薄。木地板有些地方不稳。窗户是单层玻璃，晚上会听到交通噪音。没有浴袍和拖鞋。洗漱用品也很差。
我们立即投诉，要求见经理或让她联系我们。我们被告知这不可能，必须通过电子邮件联系她。我们照做了，但她没有礼貌地回复。
早餐服务很差，食物也很普通。
酒店给人一种被忽视的感觉。
后来我们得知，“圣吉尔斯之家酒店”正在出售。
建筑很漂亮，但最终入住的价格太高了。房间很脏，维护得也不好。浴室需要彻底翻新。可惜的是，建筑很漂亮，但显然没有花钱进行维护。以后不会再来了。
