Checked in, got my room card, room won't open. Red flash on door. Went back to front desk to activate my room again and verified room number. Red flash again. Went back to front desk for 3rd time and no clerk around now. This sucks. I left and went to another hotel. I'm sure I won't get any refund either, because this place ******.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had alot to choose from :yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, bagels and more!
Enjoyed the bar, workout room and comfortable room.

The room was shabby - upholstery with tears, air conditioner loud & with huge temperature fluctuations.
The staff were very helpful. The safety lock on my room ws not working, it was fixed very quickly.

For $100, I should’ve expected what I received. Staff was great, no questions about that. However, the room? Cockroaches in the bathroom, tub wouldn’t drain, got switched to another room down the hall. A/c wouldn’t work and cool the room. This was definitely not quality. Very disappointed in this stay. I wish I could get refunded for my stay because I basically didn’t sleep because I was worried there were more cockroaches. Shower heads in the bathroom were old and looked to be from the 1960s. I’m truly disappointed and this visit has shown me why I may the extra money to stay somewhere nicer

The hotel is super old and not worth the money we paid. The bed was too soft, the shower you almost needed pliers to turn it off as it kept dripping. The room was dirty on the table, there are ants in the bathroom. No oligarchy bed to plug in phones, I had to unplug clock to plug one in by one side of bed, the other one had to find a plug behind the dresser. We will not stay here ever again and do not recommend this place.

我特别强调需要一间带步入式淋浴和两张床的无障碍客房。我们到的时候已经很晚了，他们给我们安排了一间带浴缸的房间，方便我们上厕所的扶手竟然在后面的墙上？真是这样吗？而且浴缸的油漆都剥落了。这家酒店正在翻新，焕然一新，但这可能是我人生中最糟糕的一天。我联系了前台，她给我们换到了一间带两张床和步入式淋浴的房间。房间里没有淋浴喷头。他们设法给我弄了一把淋浴椅，但那把椅子太像小猫了，我妈妈都不敢用。我不得不忍着，所以如果你需要无障碍客房和高档酒店，千万不要订这里。！！！
房间和大堂还算干净，其他一切都很脏。这家酒店有很多破损，很多维修工作做得很差。工作人员很友好，入住手续也很专业。但事实上，这家酒店需要大修，而低廉的价格并不能完全弥补这一点。
