The "Deluxe" apartment is generally nice and big. even for 6 people. there were 5 of us. the floor is parquet. it's awful. it creaks and is ruined. you can hear the neighbors walking. the customer support is awful. god forbid something breaks, because no one answers. i asked for the reservation 3 months before arrival if it was possible to have an earlier check in and a later check out because of the flight. i never got an answer. at least a negative answer. in fact they asked me on the last day if i could leave before 10 am because they have to clean up? i reported that only two programs are working, i never got an answer.
