mrs gladys and mrs Z were awesome. the hotel is loud. you can hear the people above you and the people outside the room at 6am. we were here a year ago and it was much better. we had other issues but they were resolved during the stay

非常棒，也很干净。床很舒服，尽管酒店住满了，但一点都听不到其他客人的声音。

不幸的是，我们预订的时候，酒店并没有明确说明正在施工。他们给我们安排了一间房，然后就开始在我们楼上施工，不停地敲打和钻孔，直到下午4点。我们到达并准备睡觉的那天，半夜时分，走廊里传来孩子们尖叫的叫喊声。这对我们来说真是一次糟糕的经历。
