The hotel has a cozy atmosphere with soft lighting, making it great for a relaxed evening. The food was very delicious and felt very authentic. The staff member Anita, Manisha and Rajender was very cooperative and gave a premium service even with a busy schedule.

I had an absolutely incredible dining experience at Ramada, and it was all thanks to the outstanding service. Anita, Manisha, and Rajendra are truly the best in the business. They were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. It honestly felt like the best service in the world. If you visit, definitely look for them—they make the meal unforgettable!

员工非常合作，特别是前台的那位加尔各答女孩，Anushmya 还是什么名字的，她非常友善、谦逊而且多才多艺，在引导方面帮了我很多。
没有 Paytm 或 Google Pay 的外国人，请带足够的现金，这里不能兑换美元。
因为发生了山体滑坡，我们没能去Vaishnav Devi，于是联系了Trip.com取消酒店预订，但他们拒绝取消，也没有退还两晚的房费。再也不会通过他们预订了。
