Room was clean. The bathroom sink, water was not draining. Outlets on side of bed were not working. People were partying until 2am, very loud noise. Staff members were ok, no smile. Amenities were very nice.

This was my first stay. Lovely hotel. Nice staff. travel for business often. My biggest reason for being unlikely to return is that the staff do not let food couriers up to the room. After a long day, the last thing I want to do is get dressed, come back downstairs and wait. 99.9% of hotels that I stay at do not have this restriction. They just give the driver a card to the elevator. No issues. The ability to have my dinner delivered or coffee in the morning is a very important part of a good experience. I don’t think I will be back. Hopefully you reconsider this rule. The staff are better than a 3 rating but this is part of the service.

我们深夜才到,不得不让私人保安开门,然后支付了250美元的损坏押金。总的来说,这是一次普通的住宿,但位置实在不怎么样。

离机场很近,设施很不错,服务很热情,房间超棒的。第二次入住了,十分满意。
我预订了一间特大床套房,我们3点45分入住,拿到钥匙就出门了。回到酒店后,我们到了房间,发现只有一张特大床,没有我预订的沙发床,我们一共三个人。我打电话给前台,15分钟没人接,于是我下楼去了前台。前台没有其他房间,也没有婴儿床。他说:“我能帮你的最好的办法就是给你毯子和一个垫在地上的枕头。”
他帮我记下了第二天晚上换房间的事,我很高兴。
第二天,我们换了房间。晚上准备睡觉时,我们拉出沙发床,却发现沙发床没有多余的寝具和枕头……我打电话给前台,电话一直响个不停,最后他们终于接了电话,我问前台能不能给我们拿沙发床的寝具,前台说会尽量找人把寝具搬到我们房间……结果没人来,所以我们就共用特大床的寝具,换成沙发床。
我真心为周五和周六晚上加班的那个年轻人感到惋惜,他帮不上忙,我们周日早上退房的时候,他还在加班。
糟糕的接待和客房服务
我预订了一间双人房,并预付了房费。驱车620公里到达酒店后,发现已经没有双人房了。他们给我安排了一间带婴儿床的特大床房。我丈夫和16岁的孙女也住在这间房里。酒店没有送婴儿床到我的房间,所以我丈夫只能睡在椅子上!
另外,浴室的马桶座也不干净,上面有污渍,我得擦掉。
