Stay was great. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was awesome! Room was very nice! Only issue, they ran my debit card with the wrong amount canceled it and then ran my card again for the room rate. But my bank had already took out the first amount. so I got double charged, took a week for me to get my money back. So that stunk. But I definitely would go back!!

Avoid
The room was clean, but reeked of floor cleaner and the floor had a greasy film over it. I had to fix the toilet myself because the float was broken when we had arrived. We also had our do not disturb sign on the door and our room was still entered by housekeeping, to which we weren’t even offered an apology. Would not stay here again.

The room was clean. The door was really hard to open, very sticky. Bathroom fan needs to be replaced. It was so noisy we couldn't think straight when it was on. We left the light off. Bed was comfortable. We had a poolside balcony room and it was noisy from the pool. Real good hot breakfast

I didn't like that I was charged an extra $20 a night for a pet when I didn't even have a pet. I was told that I was being charged the extra money because they could have rented it to someone with a pet and got more money. I booked through Orbitz and didn't ask for a pet friendly room; I was given it so I didn't feel they should have been able to charge me for a pet without having a pet or asking for a pet friendly room.

This place was clean, team members were super. There is no early check in so don't court on being in your room earlier than 300. Other than that I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Front staff very nice. Breakfast had fresh watermelon/cantaloupe, cheese omelets, bacon, sausage links, diced potatoes nice & hot -also had pancake machine. Location was great -right across the lake. Would stay at again in the future.
