洗手间霉菌很严重，整个住宿设施都比较老旧，而且离市中心也很远。
酒店房间里有一股很浓的酒精/尿骚味，闻起来像是被化学清洁剂掩盖过的。地毯让我们全家人都过敏感冒了。整晚我们都睡不着，因为楼上有人一直在房间里走来走去，感觉像是有病或精神有问题的人。第二天早上还看到了一辆救护车。这家酒店看起来更像是收容***患者的地方，而不是招待真正的客人。

地毯糟透了，里面全是灰尘。我住的整个期间都在打喷嚏，都是灰尘惹的祸。
即使我提前几个月打电话询问，他们的客户服务仍然很糟糕。

很遗憾，我们最终没能入住这家旅馆。一进房间，就闻到一股难闻的气味。墙上还有之前住客留下的痕迹。设施简陋，窗户脏兮兮的，床上还有头发。房间基本上就是一个三张床的盒子，一点也不吸引人。我女儿拒绝住在这里，因为她觉得很不安全。这里没有任何吸引我们入住的因素。如果房间里有家具，或许会感觉好一些。我不会推荐任何人入住这家旅馆，除非他们不介意住在简陋的房间里。

只有前台比较干净。楼梯又旧又脏，通往房间的楼梯上还有烟头。房间给我的第一印象就是脏，脏得我浑身发痒。台灯没有灯泡，遥控器也没有电池。窗台潮湿发霉，窗帘又脏又臭。浴缸和洗手池又脏又旧，里面还有头发。浴室门把手一碰就掉了。床很不舒服，而且有污渍。墙上还有洞。我把所有问题都跟“经理”说了，告诉他我两个小孩住在这里让我很不舒服。我要求退款，并预订了另一家更便宜、更干净的酒店。他坚持要带我看另一间“门把手能用”的房间，这是他唯一强调的部分，其他的都置之不理。他不肯退款，但我已经把这件事告诉了曼彻斯特和利物浦的报社，他们给了我时间分享这个故事，并发了照片给他们。我从阿伯丁一路开车到这家酒店，我还会把这件事告诉其他报社，确保没有人住在这里。如果我能得到退款，我就会留下，但显然他们只关心他们那高昂的价格，而不是他们的顾客。
太糟糕了
凌晨2点，火警警报响了，我和我的伴侣不得不在楼里被困了45分钟，直到他们派出一位顾客来修好警报器，因为没有人手。
