but maintenance is very poor for the amount being charged
room and bathroom are full of cockroaches and insects
basic amenities like mosquito repellent and few other things need to be asked for
network issues need to be sorted out by having good wifi connection.
frequent powercuts
and food is very avergae but costly

Food is good, but expensive... Service is a bit slow, Had to wait some time after ordering... Location is nice, they have two viewpoints and the valley view is gorgeous...Resort needs some maintenance, the swimming pool tiles are coming off and hurt my husband's feet, even in the kids pool tiles are coming off which is a safety concern..

Disappointing experience! the service was lethargic, and the property's cleanliness was subpar. We booked valley view rooms, but the view was nonexistent. There is no valley view rooms. All they have mountain view be cautious when booking. Additionally, the staff seemed understaffed. Not recommended.

Horrible experience.... there was no water in taps and people didn't have anything as back up to support the guest stay .... staff were not trained to handle any kind of crisis ... staff managing the spa was absconding and the manager was only cutting sorry pictures to everyone there.... Not worth it and in fact have asked them to refund my money .... Do not recommend

Power back up was not working....frequent power cuts .... room was not properly secured.... no mirrors in room except barhroom....not worth the price

Location, staff and the property has be maintained really nice. I am looking forward to stay once again in future
