No pool. Toilet barely flushed. No kleenex, no iron, no hairdryer. Rusty hangers. Tv remote did not work, got a replacement from front desk and still did not work, I had to use buttons on tv itself. Had to go through a list of 8 passwords that front desk gave to try to connect to wifi. A random black hair on the bottom bath towel, that were stacked. Cheap chemical filled toiletries. All electric outlets missing covers. Front door knob and bedside lamp covered in electric tape. No phone in room. Exposed wires on ceiling and wall. Not enough plug ins for appliances, had to unplug tv to use microwave. Door lock was difficult to open with physical key (no card key). No ice machine and coffee was served in small thin plastic (water)cups that front desk girl warned me to be careful, cuz i could get burned.

The hotel services were below expectations. There were no extra pillows or towels available, and the area was not very clean. The overall experience was not comfortable, and the service could definitely be improved.

First room had screws on floor and disassembled heating and ac unit on floor no bedding an no curtains. 2nd room had bugs all over walls and floor cigarette burns on tub curtains that didnt fit window and door didnt lock.

Receptionist E.B. was very rude. We had paId reservations, at the door she basically kicked us out, wouldn't hear me out. Said it was Expedias fault, butnit was hotel's fault. They oversold their rooms. She was absolutely beligerent about it and unempathetic, then wanted me to call securituly on me because i wouldnt leave. I wouldnt leave until I called ******* to verify this place hadn't stolen my $. Only after I threatened to call the cops did the lady allow me to make my call while there, to verify. Worst experience ever. Luckily ******* empathized and got me a better hotel and they paid the difference. That is customer service.

Was not habitable for anyone. Rooms were filthy and stank like plumbing problems for decades. Sinks, toilets and showers were not in Working order and were filthy. Checked in long enough to see my room then immediately checked out and asked for a full refund. Never again would i give this place the time or day to stay again

抵达酒店后，他们告诉我没有收到我的预订，说是*******出了问题，并以此为借口拒绝履行房间预订。
由于当时城里有活动，人很多，他们帮我找了个房间，但当场就收了双倍的房费。不仅如此，房间状况糟糕透顶，蚊子叮咬我们所有人，门锁坏了，浴室很脏，而且他们收了我们四位客人的费用，却只有一条毛巾。家具也破旧不堪。他们告诉我，他们不退款，如果我想投诉双倍费用，应该联系*******。
