Stayed several nights with family of 4 because it was conveniently located. Very small room with 2 small drawers for clothes and the closet was about 12" wide - disappointed and cramped. Would recommend only for a brief stay or for 2 people. Average breakfast with no daily variety. Safe, convenient, clean, friendly staff.

Man was very friendly at late check in. Then, got a room on 2nd floor, but didn’t like the smell, so front desk gentleman was very polite and accommodating. He immediately switched us to a room on the 1st floor which was great. The Breakfast lady was extremely polite and friendly. Those 2 staff were great, good location, hotel as expected and did what we needed it to do.

Perfect location to avoid major traffic areas around Toronto and Hamilton with LOTS of food options nearby. A pleasant surprise to find a new restaurant doing a soft opening just around the corner. The property was clean and easy to find. Quiet location just off the highway exit was very convenient for a one night stay after returning from an international flight.
