Комфортный просторный дом, удобные кровати, два санузла, хорошая кухня, уютный дворик, приватная тихая обстановка.

Average at best Pretty basic. No place to wash laundry which is an issue when you go hiking and do sports. No flyscreens; had to go go and buy something to get rid of mosquitos. Pictures look much nicer than it actually was. Property needs overhaul! I wouldn’t go back.

The lock box was excellent - back lighting of the box's large numerals made code punching much easier than most lock boxes. Chalet showed aspects of deferred maintenance - including peeling paper on walls. Interesting location of some light switches, some light bulbs did not work.

I booked this as required last minute accommodation in Taupo which was fully booked. The chalet was quiet and nice in general but let down by the fact it smelled bad inside and the shower didn’t work (a mere trickle). I found this unsatisfactory especially considering the high price of the booking.

Great place, just had an issue getting key back in lock box when checking out, called the number on lock box all morning and couldn't get through to anyone so called email number and they said to leave key on table. So hopefully it's all ok.
