The room was the same as shown in the pictures, staff was good with their work, completely satisfied with the stay experience.

Rooms was very clean and pleasunt
but service provided by hotel is very bad we order tea they says go to restaurant and order there. There is issue of services provide by hotels. There is car parking but parking was very narrow

Rooms were very clean and very spacious..Washrooms were very clean as well...nothing to complain.. excellent stay

The hotel was average, not value for money. Rooms were quite basic, just like a basic room in a flat. Pictures of room are quite misleading. The only good thing was they had a decent breakfast and breakfast area was nice. Overall, it was not worth the amount they are charging.

Its a small hotel nit sure why itzy has gave a brand name to it, not worth the money. Very limited car parking, big room but lacks cleanliness.

we had a very good stay at hotel Sitara and Mr Tousif hospitality was good and taken good care of it. Infact i booked three rooms and all rooms were clean a
