The room features a large private ensuite bathroom and direct access to shared outdoor amenities. As noted in our listing and on our website, the sauna and hot tub are open from 6–9 p.m. during winter/spring hours and closed overnight for mandatory cleaning and chlorination. A private hour from 9–10 p.m. is available for a modest fee.The in-room Jacuzzi tub is fully functional. The drain requires turning the silver knob to close—pressing it will not work. A 45 sanitation fee applies only when the tub is used, and in your case, it was refunded in full. We were available throughout your stay and would have gladly assisted had you reached out.For the comfort of all guests, quiet hours begin at 10 p.m., and access to shared spaces like the kitchen is limited after this time. Arriving after midnight, ordering food past 1:00 a.m., and attempting to use amenities overnight is not compatible with the peaceful, respectful environment we maintain for all guests.We do our best to provide clear, accurate information in our listings, and we encourage guests to read them thoroughly prior to booking. It’s unfortunate that your expectations did not align with the accommodations clearly outlined on Expedia.Given the overall nature of your stay and your disregard for house guidelines, we completely understand that you will not be returning to Stay549.We wish you the best in your future travels.
