I have a booking in this hotel but they denied to give bcz of the local id and they denied to give refund also it was very bad experience for first time visit in this hotel and i have booked from the cleartrip.

Room is good and should improve cleanliness and breakfast is not good they are not providing good breakfast

Staff is helpful and prompt in their service. My room's bathroom needed upkeep. Rest all are services are reasonable.

Room was excellent. The only thing i felt hard was, I reached hotel early at 8 o clock. Since it was 12.00 clk check in, I couldn't able to occupy the room. So we got refreshed and started for sight seeing and then we came back at 12 o clock for check in. Apart from this everything was great and awesome !! Thank you !!
