Service was good, but rooms were not that much clean. Flies were all over the room and few in the bed. No shampoo/conditioner/ hand wash provided.

My Stay at MART VIEW - Cochin was great . The Entrance and the lobby area is very good . The rooms are neat and clean. The room has a view with a nice window . The room service and way to great .

small and smelly rooms. no parking space for a car. Better avoid staying here with family as seens more like an oyo. not worth it unless you are in a very tight budget.

No lift working , the tv was not working, no boy to lift my luggage for 3 floors , no intercom to communicate and tell the issues

there was no parking and bed sheets were dirty. extra bed was chargeable even though it was mentioned 3 people while booking.

The property is near to mg road metro station. The locality is fine and there are few restaurants near by. The hotel looks good from outside with a small pathway and plants. The room is just average. The room had cigarette smell when we entered the room. We booked a non ac room for 2 adults. The room was just okay with necessary furnishings. The floor was not that clean and a bit sticky while on bare foot(may be of cleaning lotions. The washroom was neat. The service from front desk was good. So in total, we'll go with an 'average' rating.
