Trash experience
There were no rooms. I waited in line for nearly an hour before being told there were no rooms. I have yet to receive a refund for the charges.

Shame on Surban Hotels
The outside you have people food that is look good but the inside and the customer Service is a dump. You guys don’t even have enough towels to wash off with. No room service and the room wasn’t clean not one time I was there. I’m gonna report to bad business affairs. And asking for at least have of my money back

I had to cancel this stay. no available rooms were actually extended stay, or clean. they're using bleach to mask the smell of a recent fire

The front desk staff did not know what they was doing. The first room they put us in didn’t even have a tv and was nasty. The second room only half the lights worked and the front desk just acted like they didn’t know what to do about it.

This was HORRENDOUS!! We didn’t get a sofa bed in our original room, so switched rooms, and our new room with two beds was the worst I’ve EVER stayed in. We had to go a whole night with no privacy blinds, we asked for trash cans for three days and never got one, there were roaches and bugs everywhere, no doorknob on our bathroom, no towel wrack, and bugs all over the bathtub and shower. If I could give negative stats I would. I asked for the manager to call about a refund and still have heard nothing. This is absolutely unacceptable and still want a refund. This was a complete ripoff.
